Happy Tuesday my Positive Peeps! 🤗✨ Two things I am a complete sucker for are motivational shirts and a good #snapchat filter! 😸My shirt says “Believe in Yourself” with an emphasis on BE YOU! Shirts like this always help to give me that extra little bit of motivation to accomplish my workouts, especially on the days where my symptoms are high or my body is sore. There are days where I absolutely need to rest and allow myself to do just that but there are days where I need to persevere pass the pain knowing that I will be thankful I did. 💪🏼Completing my workouts are healing my body and getting me one step closer to being stronger physically. The benefits are more than just physical though… the emotional and mental benefits that come from transforming physically are just as important in my journey to healing. 🙌🏼💖When I can feel my self getting physically stronger, it improves my confidence, my belief in myself and greatly improves my mood & emotional state. 😊🙌🏼 Everyday I strive to live more authentically and in doing so, sharing my truths in this #roadtorecovery. If you are healing from a #concussion or a #braininjury just know you will get there too.. It takes time.. A lot more than we ever imagined or knew but healing is possible one step at a time.
